The MIS Project Manager will oversee Credible Database for all NADAP Departments. This includes maintaining Security Matrix, oversee staff training on Credible, and assist with creation of reports and forms for all NADAP departments. The MIS Project Manager will liaise with department leaders, the Vice President, and the Credible Business Partner to resolve issues. The objective of the position is to ensure that all NADAP departments utilize Credible effectively and meet the data tracking and reporting requirements of the agency.


  • Utilize a basic knowledge of SQL to assist departments in the creation of routine reports and ad hoc reports, as well as fully utilize the Credible Business Intelligence program for advanced reporting needs. Reports are developed along with Program Directors and respective Business Managers.
  • Assist departments with creation of Forms in conjunction with the department's workflow.
  • Oversee all administrative aspects of Credible database for all NADAP departments utilizing the system.
  • Oversee the onboarding, training, and orientation of staff to Credible; train and update department "Super-Users" on database updates and technical matters.
  • Responsible for the Quality Management and Quality Control of system, ensuring that department's needs are being met.
  • Consult with Vice President and liaise with Credible Business Partner on updates to system, troubleshooting, and other items.
  • Maintain Security Matrix for agency.
  • Participate in Credible Partner Calls/Webinars, while staying current with routine updates to the system and communicating them to departments.


  • Bachelor's Degree in computer information systems, business management or related field required
  • 3 years of related experience working in data management with a strong background in relational database design with knowledge of SQL Databases
  • 1 year of experience in SQL 
  • Strong understanding of relational data structures, theories, principles, and practices
  • Some knowledge on writing and editing SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers and views and program
  • Experience managing projects by working on multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize a heavy workload with minimum supervision
  • Superior project management and documentation skills
  • Capable of translating technical issues for a non-technical audience
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
