NADAP is a private non-profit organization based in New York City and Nassau. NADAP is seeking an HR Director to oversee 6 HR members as well as provide support for over 300+ employees.The HRDirector will be a hands-on, interactive HR professional who will develop, teach, and execute practices across all functional HR areas. This includes employee relations, recruiting, compliance, onboarding, organizational effectiveness, training and development, performance management, compensation, employee benefits, wellness, and internal communications.
