  • Overview

    To provide clerical support to the Health Insurance Program and Program Director. This is a part-time position, 1 day per week for 7 hours or 2 (4) days per week.       




    • Assist the Program Director with creating and compiling monthly reports
    • Assist the Digital Marketing Specialist with scheduling social media posts
    • Update and maintain social media calendar
    • Maintain and organize program supplies and promotional items
    • Create, copy, scan, fax, and mail correspondence/documents as requested
    • Performs other duties as assigned


    • High School Diploma required
    • Detail oriented and resourceful
    • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • A fast learner
    • Interested in learning about social media, online advertisement, and website maintenance
