As a Manager of Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations, you will lead a small team of recruiters/generalists at NADAP. You will be primarily involved in sourcing and hiring talent (internal and external) for the Agency and assist in managing employee relation issues, working closely with the Director of Human Resources. You will develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to ensure NADAP hires the best talent available.
