    The Contract Recruiter is mainly responsible for recruiting for the Health Home Care Coordination program. This position is expected to last 2-3 months.


    • Effectively manages recruitment for HHCC program. Partners with hiring managers to ensure that the organization is recruiting top talent
    • Handles staffing coordination requirements (job postings, screening resumes, interview scheduling, applicant tracking, approval process, etc.) as well as the interviewing and assessment of the candidates
    • Coordinates and monitors employee progress through employment process, working closely with the HR Assistant
    • Effectively contact passive candidates that are not actively seeking
    • Source candidates through provided lists, internet, networking, cold calling, etc.
    • Process reference checks and other pre-employment activities in line with existing employment law and HR policy and procedures
    • Track recruitment efforts such as candidates contacted, interviews completed, offers accepted, time to fill, etc.


    • Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma required
    • At least 3 years of full cycle recruiting required, experience recruiting for Care Coordinators or similar position preferred
    • Must have experience with an online Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS preferred)
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
    • Excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to work on multiple priorities concurrently
    • Non profit recruiting experience is preferred
    • Working knowledge of behavioral or structured interviewing
    • Exceptional client service focus with strong sense of urgency
    • Excellent communication skills in order to effectively and professionally correspond, both verbally and in writing, with candidates, managers and colleagues
    • Strong capability in creative problem solving and effective issue resolution
    • Ability to work on assignments & initiatives independently while using good judgment in deciding when to take action or when to ask for direction
    • Demonstrated ability to deal with confidential and highly sensitive information
    • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
    • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to partner effectively in a team setting
    • Occasionally available for weekend or evening pre-screening over the phone with candidates
