Founded in 1971, NADAP has been serving residents of New York City's metropolitan area for over 47 years. With various programs to assist New Yorkers in employment, health care, community support, and others, NADAP has been able to connect over 35,000 people to necessary services. In particular, our Health Home Care Coordination program has been working hard to connect New Yorkers to medical and behavioral services that improve their general health status and reduce the need for hospitalization and emergency care.
The Data Manager provides oversight to the Systems Team and works with the larger Management Team to execute strategic plans to further develop the Health Homes program and create efficient and actionable data systems. The Data Manager is primarily responsible for billing compliance, interal reporting to support Quality Assurance and data management measures, and maintenance of collaborative relationships with HIT teams at partner agencies.
NADAP provides a positive work environment in a rapidly growing program with many opportunities for advancement. Our Health Homes team demonstrates a defined career ladder and has a proven record of accomplishment for internal promotions. Along with cultural diversity, variety in work, flexibility in scheduling, and the option of paid training for staff development, NADAP caters to an exceptional work experience.
