To provide supervision, coordination and evaluation of work activities of the Career Services Coordinators responsible for conducting assessments, service plans and client referrals to assist them in achieving their career goals.


-Provides administrative supervision and leadership to Career Services Coordinators (CSC). Conducts regular meetings to review staff performance and provide feedback. Motivates staff.
-Ensures vocational case management services are provided in compliance with program policies and procedures by conducting regular chart reviews and audits. ---Determines quality and quantity of services provided. Assists in the identification and interventions to address clients’ barriers to employment
-Assists staff in developing a comprehensive intake, assessment, and service plan for CareerCompass clients referred by HRA.
-Provides training and assists staff in the use and evaluation of assessment instruments, case management and analysis to identify and create the individual employment Plan (EP) and Career Service Plan.
-Assists in the creation of workshop/assessment curriculum and identifies inservice training needs and participates in Service Coordinators's development and delivery.
-Effectively collaborates with Placement Coordinator(s), Instructors and other CareerCompass staff to support program, policy and resource development, and client services.
-Performs quarterly clients chart audit to ensure accuracy and compliance. Reviews and analyzes team census management. Manages team performance milestones for billing in collaboration with Business Manager.
-Develops and fosters working relationships with CareerCompass management, external referrals, HRA and other service providers as needed.
-Interviews and recommends applicants for CSC positions. Provides project orientation and job specific training on department procedures and operations to new hires.
-Performs other duties as assigned.


-Bachelor's Degree

-3 Years Experience preferred in a workforce development program or similar social service setting


Salary: $68,500/year

Working 5 days on site
