NADAP is dedicated to building a culturally diverse workforce, one that aspires to promote an environment that welcomes and supports diversity, equity, inclusion and affirms equal opportunities for all.   Visit us at www.nadap.org.    Position Summary The Training and Education Manager (TEM) is responsible for the clinical and administrative supervision of up to 4 Intern Program Teams, and the development and implementation of the training curriculum for the larger Care Coordination department. The TEM provides guidance, as well as task supervision to Master's Level Clinical Supervisors who each supervise teams of MSW student interns. The TEM provides strong administrative, oversight, ensuring established policies and procedures are followed, and that necessary revisions are brought to the attention of the AVP of Care Coordination. The TEM works closely with the AVP of Care Coordination to ensure appropriate recruitment, on-boarding, development and accountability for all team members under their purview. The TEM works independently on Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and consistency of the service delivery to the client population, and enhance the ability of the Intern program to positively impact students. The TEM works in conjunction with the AVP of Care Coordination, and the Program Managers, to assess the ongoing training needs of the department, and then develops training materials and curriculum to be executed by the Training and Education Teams within the department. This requires ongoing analysis and revision to remain in compliance with State, and funder, standards. The TEM also works with appropriate outside providers to bring in appropriate training for all levels of staff periodically. The TEM is a part of the Management team, and as such also works on a variety of projects aimed at improving overall quality standards, efficiency, and elevating and maintaining staff morale.
