NADAP, Inc. is seeking full-time IPA Navigators to provide health insurance enrollment and education to New York residents. The goal of the program is to educate and assist individuals and small businesses to enroll in the Health Insurance Marketplace including Medicaid, Child Health Plus, the Essential Plan, and Qualified Health Plans. Navigators will work with participants to enroll them online into the NY State Health Insurance Marketplace.

The Administrative Assistant is an essential position of the Office Services department. Working closely with the Office Manager and an Office Assistant, the Administrative Assistant performs an array of dynamic tasks including, but not limited to, cellular and IT equipment distribution, reception coverage, facility services, new hire preparation, supply management, and invoice processing. In addition, the Administrative Assistant works closely with staff at other NADAP sites to help ensure their office services related needs are met.

NADAP's CareerCompass, one component in HRA’s initiative to address the unique needs of improving employment and training outcomes in NYC, provides orientation, comprehensive and individual employability assessments and service coordination for adults 25 years of age and older. As the first step in HRA’s programming, CareerCompass will identify and connect individuals to an education, training and/or employment track.
Position Summary
To provide comprehensive intake, assessment, service plan and coordination services for clients referred to CareerCompass. Assists clients in determining their career pathway and education planning. Assists in the career decision making process to help clients identify their strengths, experiences, and vocational interests. Support clients in making appropriate referrals based on assessment. Maintain on-going contact with CareerCompass clients that have been referred to CareerAdvance, Career Education Services or other HRA Programs/services. Assist Internship and Placement Coordinator with conducting follow-ups. Identify any personal and social barriers that may arise during employment or service placement and make appropriate referrals to assist the client.
**This is a full-time, on-site position.

SACAP (Substance Abuse Centralized Assessment Program) provides assessment and referral services to public assistance clients who may have substance abuse related barriers to work. Program staff members link individuals to chemical dependency treatment and also reviews progress to assist them in recovery leading to self sufficiency.

The Post Placement Coordinator maintains on-going contact with clients that have been referred to Career Advance, Career Education Services or other HRA programs. The Coordinator assists with tracking employed clients through employment milestones and identifies any personal and social problems and makes appropriate referrals.

The Internship and Placement Coordinator will provide comprehensive business development that will generate internships, community service and alternative engagement opportunities for clients; conduct field work and outreach efforts to establish and formalize these partnerships; work closely with the Supervisor of External Partnerships as well as other program units to promote opportunities and generate client referrals to established partnerships.
